Savannah Bee and Elf on a Shelf were two of the extraordinary companies that were nominated as finalists for the Ernest & Young Entrepreneur of the Year 2010 award this June. The Ernest & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award is to honor entrepreneurs who are visionaries who create ideas that become businesses; businesses that become industries; and industries that become the future. The entrepreneurs chosen as finalists were selected by an independent judging panel made up of past winners as well as business and community leaders.
Joseph A. King, partner and Alabama/Georgia/Tennessee Director of the Ernest & Young Entrepreneur of the Year program stated, “These finalists create jobs in our area, encouraging healthy growth, development and innovation in the local economies.” We would like to congratulate our customers, Savannah Bee and Elf on a Shelf on this outstanding achievement.
