Social media is a great tool to use because it connects you with customers you would probably otherwise not meet; as well gives you an open dialogue with your returning customers and allows you to market, introduce, and share new product and ideas with your customer. Social media also allows you to put a human face on your company and get to know your customers on a personal level.
