We are thrilled to be partnering with the Quebec Government Office here in Atlanta to feature The Montreal Collections in our fashion show, October 17, 2009. The October Market will showcase top lines manufactured in Montreal and exclusively offered here at Atlanta Apparel. Montreal is home to the biggest Fashion Mart in Canada and headquarters for several major North American apparel companies. Montreal is also host to major promotional events including Montreal Fashion Week, the Fashion and Design Festival and NAFFEM, and the fur show.
Over time, Montreal has gained a reputation as a design capital, attracting designers from other disciplines. Two years ago, UNESCO awarded a special honor to Montreal by labeling it a UNESCO City of Design. Please join us on October 17 to see what Montreal has to offer.
We are very excited to be getting ready for our Atlanta Apparel October Market with some fabulous new lines. This Market will feature Accessories for Fall/Winter and Shoes for Spring. Some of our new exhibitors are the following: Nima Accessories (fabulous handbags, great price points), Barrett house, Buddha Happy, Caro’s Jewelry, The Golden Triangle–with more to come!
